My Life

I am a Jamaican Real Estate Sales Associate with G. Satterswaite & Associates and member of the Realtors Association of Jamaica. I have a strong desire and commitment to providing all my clients with the highest quality service on a consistent basis. I am full time real estate practitioner, with sound knowledge of the market and a strong background in banking and mortgage financing. I have a keen eye for details and will leave no stones unturned in ensuring that the clients needs are met. A very patient and tolerant individual who will go the extra mile to satisfy all clients.

You will find that I am very customer focused and driven by zeal to ensure that all clients needs, whether it be Real Estate Purchase, Sale , Lease or Rental, are dealt with promptly and at the best price. If you are selling/buying a property I can help you with market analysis based on current trends and advertise your property to identify the most suitable purchaser. My extensive network established over the years through various interest groups both locally and overseas, will enable me to make any deal happen in the best interest of all parties involved.

Background

Prior to entering the Real Estate industry I had a long and distinguished career in the financial sector, having worked with Scotiabank Jamaica Limited for forty years. I began my career as a teller and through dint of hard work, dedication and commitment, rose to a number of Senior Management positions,including Manager, Scotiabank Jamaica Trust and Merchant Bankers Limited. I served as Company Secretary for the Scotiabank Group and Scotiabank Jamaica Trust and Merchant Bankers Limited.

My career with Scotiabank spanned a number of assignments across the Island the last being Manager of the King Street branch from 1998 to 2008. Throughout my career I gained extensive exposure in Retail and Commercial Banking and Mortgage Financing. Consequently, I established an excellent record as a Banker.

I have always had a love for the Real Estate Sector and had no reservation in enrolling in the Real Estate Salesman Course at the University of Technology immediately upon my retirement from the Bank in 2008. Joined G. Satterswaite & Associates as a Sales Associate shortly thereafter.

Born and raised in Highgate Saint Mary, I received my education at Highgate Elementary and Saint Mary High Schools. In 1998 I was designated a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers, after successfully fulfilling the conditions of Its Professional Banking Program.

Community

A community oriented individual, I have served on a number Boards in both past and present capacities. These include Hargreaves Memorial hospital, Belair High School, Saint Mary High School, Saint Mary High School Past Students Association (Past President), Lions Club, (Past President/Past Zone Chairman), Past President Administrative Management Society (Jamaica Chapter), Liguanea Club, Melbourne Cricket Club. Presently a Member of the Board of Governors United Way Of Jamaica, Chairman Cherry Hill Villas & Apartments Limited, Chairman Finance Committee Jamaica Cricket Association, Member of the Department of Correctional Services National Committee in Support of Prisoners Rehabilitation and Work Programme, Director of Lions Club of St. Andrew.

I am a Justice of the Peace for Kingston. An avid sports fan, I love watching all kinds of sports particularly golf, cricket, football, track and field, tennis and horse racing. My hobbies are playing golf, dominoes, listening to music and dancing. I am the proud father of three boys.
